ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role, you will get to:
  • Work with an inspiring team
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessment according to protocol
  • Collect patient and family history data
  • Provide nursing care and procedures according to physician's orders and nursing protocol.
  • Partner with patient to provide services needed
  • Provide patient education
  • Document/Record patient information according to standards of care
  • Complete patient health records (electronic and paper)
  • Maintain health care equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • Participate in emergency response
  • Provide community health related activities offsite

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications):
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and experience equivalent to one year of registered nursing OR
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse and education equivalent to a bachelor's or graduate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university or a diploma in registered nursing from and accredited school of nursing
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
