Flavor Freight LLC, a division of Foster Caviness Inc, has a unique opportunity for team drivers. Run by a former owner-operator, we want to create the environment you never want to leave. No games, no gimmicks, no employee number come get paid for what you do. We pay one flat mileage rate thats it. No other hoops to jump through, no other clauses, no hidden agenda. Not only will you be hauling freight in dedicated west coast lanes, youll be a part of a company that services our military, our schools, and our local communities. Your lanes originate in Greensboro, NC, and end in Greensboro, NC no guessing where you start or where you end. And we listen. You know how to do your job the best, so give us feedback and help make things even better Heres what were offering to those that want to be a part of the family: Team Driver mileage rate of $0.75 - $0.80 based on experience Detention Pay of $15.00/hr per person, after the first 2 hours. Modern equipment Comdata Fuel Cards No-touch freight NONY/Northeast routes Referral bonus program Here is what youll do: Be a part of an amazing company and an epically awesome team Live out our culture of ownership, accountability and collaboration. Have an extreme sense of ownership treating every person, every function, every piece of equipment and everything you do as if you were the owner of the company. Roll through the country pulling 53 boxes with modern equipment primarily in west coast lanes, and show true dedication to your driving partner and Flavor Freight. Perform all pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Understand Reefer controls, maintain proper temperatures on all refrigerated loads. Complete all required paperwork promptly, and have a strong attention to detail. Live the life of customer service and maintain on-time pickup and delivery of freight Represent yourself and Flavor Freight in the best possible light, with a professional manner, positive attitude and Logo attire.
