  • Network with management, understand and express clearly the company's business needs and objectives.
  • IT vendor management - MSP, print, phone, telecommunications, etc.
  • Evaluate IT needs and processes and provide solutions in collaboration with vendors and managers across multiple lines of business and departments.
  • Support our specific business systems and special tooling.
  • Project Management - Software and hardware conversions, implementations and upgrades.
  • Evaluate, implement, and support cyber security best practices; phishing campaign's management and training.
  • Evaluate hardware, point of sale equipment, and peripherals needs; make recommendations, and manage supply.
  • PCI and FTC safeguards compliance; any other IT related compliance requirements.
  • Intranet development, design, and management.
  • Maintain IT information and resources. FAQ's, tips and tricks, links, tutorials, systems information; develop and communicate regular tech tips for company.
  • Learn and administrate our file repository and workflow system.
  • Administrate our websites, domains, and search engine business pages.
  • Travel to other locations as needed. Some overnight travel may be required. (Lodging, meals and travel expenses are compensated per company guidelines.)
  • Evaluate and manage our IT expenses costs, identify and implement savings opportunities.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings; educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Must be willing to occasionally work late evenings, early mornings, and weekends to limit business interruptions during IT enhancements.
  • Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
  • Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
  • Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
