The details:
The dynamic patient caseload at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Westfield consists of hand, wrist, elbow, and some shoulder diagnoses including post-surgical, trauma, fractures, dislocations, tendon lacerations, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, and rheumatic conditions.
  • 1:1 Highly personalized and patient-centered care
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
    • Flexible scheduling with some late evening expectations

The responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven Occupational Therapy services
  • Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements
  • Degree from an ACOTE accredited school
  • Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Indiana
Experience Requirements
  • Two (2) years of outpatient experience required
  • Splinting experience required
  • Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
  • Patient focused to provide the best customer service experience
License/Certification Requirements
Minimum:
  • Occupational Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
  • Basic Life Safety (American Heart Association)
