Description

Hourly: $22.00 - $25.00 Depending on beverage industry experience.

Craig Stein Beverage is looking for full-time, dependable Class A CDL Drivers to join our delivery team in Boise, Idaho. Drivers are responsible for delivering beverage products to accounts throughout the Treasure Valley. This is a local delivery role and drivers are home every night.

Requirements:

  • Tuesday - Saturday schedule
  • Sunday and Monday off
  • Shifts start at 4 am and go until the route is complete
  • Must have a valid Class A CDL Driver's License
  • Good driving record is needed & the ability to be insured
  • Driving record must have less than 6 points
  • Ability to lift 15-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 160 lbs. (keg) frequently (4-10 times daily)
  • Must pass a urinalysis drug screen and criminal background check prior to employment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay:

  • $1,050 hiring bonus ($350 after 30, 90, and 180 days)
  • $22.00 hr. starting
  • Up to $25.00/hr. with prior beverage industry delivery experience
  • Overtime rate after 40 hours: $31.50/hr.
  • Reviews at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year with potential performance-based pay increases
