Infusion RN Description of the role: Are you looking to develop a relationship with your patient while providing one-on-one care? Do you want a flexible schedule that you control? BrightStar of Lake County Indiana is seeking a skilled and experienced Infusion RN to join our team. The Infusion RN will be responsible for performing infusion therapy, assessing patient needs, monitoring treatments, and ensuring optimal patient care. This role requires excellent clinical and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. The Infusion RN will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. Responsibilities: * Administering and monitoring infusion therapy treatments * Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans * Monitoring and evaluating patient progress * Documenting patient responses and maintaining accurate medical records * Providing education and support to patients and their families * Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals Requirements: * Active RN license in the state of Indiana * Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion therapy (peripheral IV insertion, PICC/midline/central line maintenance, Port-a-cath accessing) * Strong clinical skills and knowledge of infusion treatments * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and ability to multitask Benefits: - Competitive compensation - Comprehensive health insurance - Retirement plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - Supportive and collaborative work environment About the Company: BrightStar of Lake County Indiana is a reputable healthcare agency that provides a wide range of home care services to clients in the Lake County area.
