Software Engineer Manager Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 12 months of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 12 months of experience in the following:

    1. Management experience with technical teams, or experience as a technical lead or project manager
    1. Building products including front end technologies or backend systems
    1. Coding skills in one of the following: C++, Java, JavaScript, or PHP
    1. Unix or Linux
    1. Large-scale Internet service architectures (load balancing, LAMP, or CDN's)
    1. Designing and developing distributed systems, storage systems, or cache and data distribution infrastructure
    1. Scaling high performance, high throughput systems
    1. Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in large-scale systems
    1. Coordinating large-scale, cross-functional efforts that span different teams
    1. Developing and managing requirements, and making data-driven decisions and
    1. Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth.

$257,356/year to $290,180/year + bonus + equity + benefits
