JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing and Communications Manager - Data Centers is responsible for the development of specific marketing communications materials targeting influential stakeholders, experts and buying customers in the Data Center Cooling area, to building awareness and deliver key product/brand messages around Belimo's technology and products. All actions and tasks are to meet the company's objectives and brand strategies.

REPORTING STRUCTURE

The Marketing and Communications Manager - Data Centers reports to the Global Business Development Manager - Data Centers and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a well-defined Data Center Solutions marketing strategy with a unique Belimo value proposition

• Develop annual Data Center Solutions marketing communication plan for product launches, supporting global objectives and in cooperation with Regional Marketing Teams

• Develop and execute strategy/plan for Data Center Solutions communications in cooperation with Regional Marketing Teams

• Development and execution of Data Center Solutions marketing updates internally and externally as needed

• Create key Data Center Solutions marketing messages internally and externally

• Creating effective press releases and ensuring pick up of content by target audience/publications

• Design to create and deliver effective collateral in cooperation with subject matter experts, technical writer and graphic design, including classical marketing, e-marketing and social media

• Identify opportunities for videos and storyboards

• Support Belimo's marketing presence at key Data Center exhibitions and conferences.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree - Marketing, Communications or related field

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a technical / industrial environment, preferred product marketing experience in HVAC industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PC-literate

• Detail oriented, excellent writing skills, communication skills and use of technical terminology

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a larger team, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Excels in fast paced environment and able to quickly adapt to change

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, writing and creative skills

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000 - $100,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee's annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
