As an MRI Technologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional imaging services to our patients. Your duties will involve operating state-of-the-art MRI equipment to perform diagnostic scans, ensuring patient safety and comfort are prioritized at every stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities of an MRI Technologist:
- Conduct MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Position patients accurately and safely for imaging procedures.
- Monitor patients throughout scans, addressing any concerns or discomfort.
- Maintain detailed records of procedures and patient information.
- Current ARRT (R) (MR) certification.
- Connecticut Radiologic Technologist License.
- Strong knowledge of MRI procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with GE MRI scanners preferred.
