As a ministry of First Baptist Church of Naples, the staff of First Baptist Academy must meet the standards of employment that are required by the church whereby each employee must feel a "call" into this ministry work. In addition, as educators, we hire the most qualified and certified teachers who profess Christ as Savior and who are able to meet the standards of Good Character set forth by this ministry.
A substitute nurse serves in the place of the school nurse who is unable to perform his or her duties due to an absence. Being a substitute means you must continue all duties of the nurse if possible.
