Job Summary:
Vighter is recruiting multiple Registered Nurses (RN) from ICU/PCU/Critical Care and Stepdown specialties to provide patient care support at the Select Specialty Hospital, located at 400 SE 4th Street, Evansville, IN 47713. The medical facility is rated as a complex medical facility, therefore provides surgical care to a wide variety of patients, both locally and from surrounding states. Labor Edge Job ID: 27345016

Nurse Team Lead / Nurse Manager
Principle Accountabilities:
- Conduct medical screenings and assist with patient care.
- Refer patients, as needed, to hospital or medical specialists.
- Maintain the case files and database in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Must be proficient in English.
- Must have exceptional clinical skill and ability
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must be proficient in English (read/write/speak).
- Registered Nursing Degree
- High School Degree or equivalent is required. A copy must be submitted for review in order to work on this project.
- Must be able to sit for more than 8 hours per day.
- Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.
- Must be able to use an elevator or walk up and down stairs.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and carry up to 10 feet.
- Must be able to routinely grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbows/knees and reach above and below shoulders
- Must be able to read and interpret handwritten and typewritten print
- Must be able to communicate by voice and detect sound by ear
- Must be able to perform duties in an indoor or outdoor environment
- Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
- Must undergo urine drug testing
- Positions require applicants to be US Citizens, 21 years or older and have a valid RN license. Must complete criminal background check, urine drug testing, and Child Abuse and Neglect (CAN) background check.
