Job Title .Net Technical Lead (Development) - FTE Work Location (State, City and Zip) (Hybrid Chicago, IL) Relevant Experience (in yrs) 8+ Technical/Functional Skills 1. Strong experience in .Net for frameworks 3.5+
2. Strong knowledge SQL Server 2008 R2+
3. Working knowledge of SSIS
4. Familiarized with VB.Net (Strong VB6 and C# works if candidate is willing to learn)
5. Previous experience on ITIL production support environment (Managing SLAs, incidents and tools like Service Now, Remedy, Heat or Jira)
6. Managing of any version control tool, like TFS, Git

Required attitudes:
Proactiveness
Teamwork and being flexible to work over extended hours and weekends for deployments (if required)
Work with few or almost no supervision Roles & Responsibilities 1. Develop overall technical strategies for external client projects from technical requirements
2. Communicate with external clients on a regular basis regarding progress, challenges, timelines and end results of client projects
3. Direct and oversee local and off-shore developers
4. Create technical estimations
5. Present technical strategies to clients and gather technical requirements as needed
6. Create and update design and functional documents
7. Identify and troubleshoot issues as needed
