Missile Defense Operations Trainer

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Science degree or Technology degree, a related specialized area or field is required, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As a Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience, the Command and Control, Battle Management, Communications (C2BMC) Missile Defense Operations Trainer will teaching C2BMC Mission Applications in the mobile training environment; develop interactive web-based and classroom training for C2BMC applications (training plans, instructor guides, assessments, CBT lessons); work in the C2BMC Agile development environment with trainers and software developers; provide support to warfighters and other operators during exercise, ground test and flight test events; develop Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for employing C2BMC mission applications; brief/train senior military personnel.

Building interactive training for military Command and Control (C2) applications and simulation programs for a software intensive system
Working in a diverse team environment with trainers and software developers, developing training lesson material, and assessments
Formal education or equivalent experience in adult education

- Previous experience working in a military operations center, performing missile defense command and control, radar operation, is desired

Note: The compensation information listed is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
If performed in Colorado, this position has a salary range of USD $96,200.00/Yr. - USD $163,800.00/Yr.
