Job Description:

ECS is seeking talented professionals to join our successful and growing team in building the next-generation Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Cyber data solution. The CDM Program is the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's (CISA) dynamic approach to strengthening the cybersecurity of Federal networks and systems through better awareness and visibility into their security posture and cyber threats. The CDM Data Services product is an integrated suite of multiple Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) products, software configuration packages, and custom code which work together to operate as an integrated solution tailored to meet DHS requirements.

We are seeking professionals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment where problem-solving, critical thinking, and a holistic approach to serving the mission are key. The candidate will develop and prioritize the backlog of features, working closely with Business Owners, System Architects, and fellow Product Owners to maintain business alignment and address dependencies.

The CAASM Cyber Product Owner will focus on value delivery and strategic objectives, balancing short-term achievements with longer-term goals, providing key inputs to CDM's emerging needs and product roadmap. They will remain aware of industry trends in cybersecurity tools, technologies, and processes associated with a robust, reliable, and mature service offering. These responsibilities all result in a secure and performant cybersecurity platform.

Required Skills:

  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust Suitability.
  • At least 4 years' experience managing similar technical products and services.
  • At least 4 years' experience managing complex product requirements in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment for Federal Government clients.
  • At least 4 years' experience working across agile teams to ensure end-to-end product requirements are incorporated into the engineering lifecycle. This experience must include holding teams accountable for meeting both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g., scalability, performance, maintainability, usability, security).
  • Two years' experience with cyber asset management, vulnerability management, and configuration management.
  • Experience working as a Product Owner within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification or an industry equivalent.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent technical acumen, as it relates to product development and systems engineering best practices.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Superior leadership, project management, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with large, distributed, solutions deployed on non-standard infrastructure.
  • One year of experience working with CAASM technologies that can be customized, packaged, and deployed as a product.
  • One year of experience implementing / developing CAASM solutions that ingest, enrich, and prepare asset and/or user information.
  • Experience working with OEM vendors and developing / maintaining relationships.
  • Experience with Axonius, Armis, and related plugins and services.
