The essential job responsibilities of the Senior Compensation & Human Resource Information Systems are to provide strategic consultation and guidance on compensation operations and Human Resource Information Systems. You will lead and work closely with the business and other compensation resources to effectively develop and maintain compensation and reward programs, planning, pay structures, and incentive models. You will lead business compliance and collaborate with HRBPs and leaders on escalated compensation issues.

Qualification Requirements:

Senior Compensation & HRIS Services role requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Computer Science, Information Systems or related area.
  • 4 years of experience in compensation analysis and /or evaluating, testing implementing and upgrading system applications.
  • Proven experience managing cash compensation and developing total reward programs.
  • Assist with annual compensation planning and manage relevant surveys.
  • Develop and maintain base pay structures and compensation design.
  • Utilize Kory Ferry digital platform to manage job descriptions, perform market analysis and job evaluations.
  • Interface with HR leadership, division leaders and HRBPs regarding escalated issues or program enhancements.
  • Demonstrated customer service philosophy towards internal customers including leaders and employees.
  • Advanced project management skills including strategic planning, problem resolution, time management and execution.
  • Excel expertise required to perform routine or intermediate analytics, reporting and audits.
  • 4 - 6 years of HRIS and Compensation system experience preferably Korn Ferry, Oracle including Taleo and Compensation Workbench.
  • Maintain Salary Administration Guide, Smartsheet compensation data and manage intranet Compensation Homepage.
  • Review wage/salary offer exceptions and offer sound objective guidance.
  • Ensure local compliance with division standards.
  • Possess a valid driver's license from state of residence.
