Location: Hybrid With 3 Days In The Office

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst works in the Strategy and Transformation group to help support value creation initiatives, including, but not limited to:
  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to validate opportunities in new markets
  • Collaborating with senior management and the executive team to develop and maintain performance dashboards
  • Assisting with financial modeling and due diligence to support acquisition efforts
  • Preparing presentation materials for leadership meetings and the Board of Directors
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or other quantitative/analytical discipline (Engineering, Math, Economics) with 1+ years of work experience
  • Ability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
  • Ability to extract and analyze data to identify trends and patterns to support or reject a given hypothesis
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Experience in statistical analysis or programming using Python, R, or SQL is preferred but not required
