Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the general maintenance of a 209-unit apartment community in Centennial, CO.
- Train, motivate, and lead maintenance staff
- Monitor property for repairs and replacements
- Perform preventative maintenance and repair appliances
- Prepare vacant units for new residents
- Occasional on-call duties
- Maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years maintenance experience
- Advanced knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Preferred HVAC and EPA experience
- CPO certification preferred
- Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
Pay: $29.00/hour
