Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited therapy program, additional training preferred
  • Minimum of three years of discipline-specific or leadership experience
  • Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty professional certification, preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills

Proficiency or Productivity Standards:

  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance and punctuality
