  • Provide basic patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Aid with daily tasks like bathing, dressing, feeding, and patient transfer and positioning.
  • Record vital signs accurately and report changes in patient condition.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety.
  • Document patient information and collaborate on care plans.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
Candidate requirements Valid Oregon LPN certification. Completion of an accredited LPN program. Previous experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred. Active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification. Strong communication skills. Empathy and respect for patients. Ability to maintain confidentiality
