The Eddy Visiting Nurse and Rehab Association family is growing The team would be interested in speaking with those Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists who have at least 1 year of experience and who are either looking to continue or start a career in home care working Monday through Friday. Through Trinity Health's distribution network the team has never run out of PPE and has increased their safety training in the face of COVID Mileage Reimbursement: Federal rate per mile and non-taxed Independence: Once trained, enjoy the independence of starting and ending your day from home Flexible schedule: Shifts have some flexibility, but ideally looking for 8am-4pm M-F with minimal weekend commitment Supportive environment: Access to clinical nurse specialists, in-depth computer training, assistance obtaining insurance authorizations and RN supervisors who are only a phone call away Pay Range:$35.85 - $47.60 Pay is based on position+ experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
