What You'll Be Doing:- Designing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Establishing and documenting quality standards, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with regulations, industry best practices, and customer expectations.
- Overseeing quality audits, inspections, and certifications to verify compliance and effectiveness.
- Fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork among quality staff and other departments.
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues and risks that may affect the organization's reputation, operations, and profitability.
- Implementing and overseeing quality control and assurance activities to detect and prevent defects, errors, and nonconformities.
- Managing customer relations, ensuring customer requirements and expectations for quality are met or exceeded.
- Soliciting and analyzing customer feedback to improve product and service quality, and handling customer complaints and concerns.
- Ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality are maintained, contributing to the overall reputation and success of Synopsys.
- Driving continuous improvement in quality systems and processes, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Reducing field failure rates and improving product reliability, resulting in cost savings and increased customer trust.
- Enhancing collaboration and teamwork across departments, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.

- Extensive experience in quality assurance and reliability within hardware system design and manufacturing.

- Experience with quality audits, inspections, and certifications.

The Team You'll Be A Part Of:You will be part of the Hardware System Design & Manufacturing Group, reporting to the GM and Head of Product Portfolio Management. This team is focused on delivering high-quality, reliable products that meet and exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with various departments, including design, manufacturing, and customer support, to ensure that quality is integrated into every aspect of the product lifecycle.
