Position Summary: The Parts Coordinator facilitates pulling required service parts and is expected to work with integrity,
documenting and processing orders. The Parts Coordinator is also expected to develop a thorough knowledge and
understanding of each part and effectively communicate requests.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
• Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
• Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
• Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled.
• Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.
• Documenting and processing orders for shipment.
• Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis.
• Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
• Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved.
• Creating individual process to improve our customers' experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual
processes from improved customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher, preferred.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
• Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers
• Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred
• Thorough knowledge of job-related policies
Physical Demands:
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling.
• Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person. Must be able to exchange accurate
information with others.
• Work environment is not temperature controlled and may result in exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work primarily involves sitting / standing, up to 4 hours at a time.
