Internal Medicine opening in Bend, OR _x000D x000D_ Full time, permanent_x000D_ Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine physician to provide clinical care to a primarily underserved patient population_x000D_ Provide direct patient care within the scope of primary care medicine in an outpatient, and in certain circumstances inpatient settings. _x000D_ Examine, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. _x000D_ Provide care which reflects health care cost consciousness and addresses social determinants of health. _x000D_ Effectively utilize team based care model, leveraging expertise of all members of multi-disciplinary team. _x000D_ Maintain accurate electronic health records of patients and completes documentation in timely manner. _x000D_ Team-based care model_x000D_ Competitive benefits package _x000D x000D_The center is an innovative community health center system that pioneers unique and creative ways to provide patient access to health care.
