Job Summary and Qualifications
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy, this role involves assisting with supervisory duties and ensuring exceptional care for our patients.
What You Will Do in This Role:
- Delegate daily shift assignments.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Oversee the work of staff therapists.
- Onboard new team members.
- Provide patient care as needed.
What Qualifications You Will Need:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Respiratory Therapist license from the Missouri Board and NBRC RRT credential.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS and NRP certifications within six months of hire.
- A minimum of two years of experience in Respiratory Care.
- One year of supervisory experience is preferred.
