Position Title: Network Maintenance Manager

Location: Arlington, TX

Travel Requirements: Up to 75%

Reports To: VP of Distribution

Position Summary:

The Network Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance operations across multiple facilities within the designated region. This role involves extensive travel to various sites, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to high standards, operational efficiency is maximized, and cost-saving projects are implemented effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, project management, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance Management:
  • Oversee maintenance operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Supervise and support on-site maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and training as needed.
  1. Cost-Saving Initiatives:
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities within the maintenance operations.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead maintenance-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  1. Compliance and Safety:
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any safety or compliance issues.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and manage regional maintenance staff.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and excellence within the maintenance team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a multi-site environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and projects.
  • Experience with cost-saving initiatives and budget management.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret maintenance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
