• Very proficient ( 10+ years exp ) on CRM Business Processes in Service management, Sales and Marketing Automation functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong Experience in DCC( Dynamics Client Communication )
• Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product ( entities , workflows and configuration )
• Experience in client facing role
• Experience of requirements gathering, functional analysis, gap-fit analysis, and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts
• Proficient in converting business requirements into Features/User stories
• Excellent in verbal and written communication, documentation and presentation skills
• uthoring and maintaining Functional Requirements document, Functional design document and User Manuals
• Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
• Functional unit testing of the implemented solution
• bility to provide end user training
