We are looking for an Assembly Associates to join our production team in Plainfield IN, and who will share our Company values.

What You'll Be Contributing
  • Identify, prepare, organize components & consumables according to BOM;
  • Cut to length & Crimp electrical wires of various gauges and color-coding following specification sheet and safety standard;
  • Assemble electrical panels from small to medium sizes and install components in accordance with standard practices;
  • Rout & connect electrical & network wires according to pattern on the schematics;
  • Fill the traveler's documentation and maintain production status up-to-date in routing system;
  • Assemble systems following instructions from the standard operating procedure.
What Sets You Apart
  • One year of experience in a similar role;
  • High School degree;
  • Ability to safely lift weights up to 25 lbs and physical strength required;
  • Very good dexterity, meticulous and detail oriented;
  • Capable of working with manual & electrical hand tools;
  • Capacity to read circuit diagram and technical drawing is an asset.
