Primary Functions

Manage the company's technology software providers:
- POS: NetSuite
- CRM: NetSuite
- ERP: NetSuite
- Office Software: O365, Adobe, Teams
- WMS: Oracle WMS
- VOIP: Vonage
Manages assigned IT projects to ensure the budget, schedule, and scope of the project.
Manage and support the implementation of new software and hardware, including enhancements to current programs.
Identify opportunities for improvements and research, evaluate, and recommend IT solutions to include costs/benefit analysis, user requirements, software updates, etc.
Train team members on technology innovations
Purchase hardware for all locations
Manage all remote locations technology needs
Ensure the security of all data
Provide technology support for all team members as needed
Communication and collaboration with between all departments
Implement processes to identify and mitigate information risks within the company
Manage technology team members.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Hires and trains members of the technology team
Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of projects
Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the department
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

Organized with attention to detail
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning
Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices
Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner
Ability to work independently

Education And Experience Requirements

Physical Requirements

The ability to lift up to 25 pounds
The ability to sit for prolonged periods of time working at a desk on a computer
The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment
The ability to communicate, converse with and express information in person, by phone and through other technology
The ability to travel by car or place up to 20% of the time
The ability to operate a vehicle
The ability to maintain a regular and punctual schedule
