Front Desk Clerk - Part-time and Full-Time
As a front desk associate, you will create memorable experiences for our guests and recognize all the Bonvoy members at check-in. We only hire those who are at the top of their game and specialize in the details If you have what it takes, apply online. I want 100% great customer service. Come be a part of the team.
What will you be doing?
- Facilitate all transactions to ensure a positive guest experience, including greeting and welcoming all guests, checking in and out, and resolving challenging guest requests and complaints.
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum, and treat all guests respectfully.
- Select the appropriate room type based on guests' needs and requests.
- Perform all related duties as requested and/or assigned by GM.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and must be able to work under pressure. Weekends are mandatory.
- Ability to effectively deal with guest complaints in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer, and providing positive and proactive solutions.
- Excellent phone etiquette, interpersonal, listening, and communication skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior hospitality and/or cash handling experience preferred.
- Must be detail-orientated, able to multi-task, produce high-quality and accurate work, and show professionalism in all facets of the workplace.
- Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed, and courteous manner at all times.
