Requirements:

This role will require floating to multiple locations

Candidates must live at least 75 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Shift: 4 - 10 hr. shifts rotating off day

On call: Yes, 6-7 days

Weekend: 1-2 weekends/month

May float to other adven locations in the area

Maximum days off: 5 days
