This individual researches thoroughly and prepares well-written conclusions regarding tax implications of business transactions.

Essential duties include the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or four-year university required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in federal, state, and local tax preparation and accounting required.  Experience with tax return filing and workflow software preferred.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Working knowledge in automated sales management tools, preferably .
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a high degree of technical skills and be highly motivated with a desire to excel and get things done through others.
  • Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
  • Able to type 40 WPM.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
  • Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
  • Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
  • Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
