Inspired Solutions is seeking highly skilled and dedicated Physician Assistants to join the Family Practice team at The Veterans Affairs Fayetteville VA Medical Center. This role involves delivering high-quality primary care services to our veteran population, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate healthcare. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, adhere to VA standards, and maintain meticulous patient records. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of veterans.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide comprehensive primary care to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs
- Perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services as a primary care provider
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records in accordance with VA policies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Adhere to all medical protocols, facility policies, and regulatory standards
- Ensure all continuing education courses required for maintaining certification are up to date
- Location: Department of Veterans Affairs Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 7300 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
- Federal Holidays Observed: Includes all major federal holidays as recognized by the VA.
- Full-time position, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, within VA business hours (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), including a 30-minute lunch break.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Physician Assistant within the last 5 years. VA experience is preferred but not mandatory
- U.S. Citizenship required
