What you'll do:
    • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern web technologies and best practices
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient, automated workflows
    • Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
    • Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or Go
    • Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases to ensure optimal data management and retrieval
    • Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance automation capabilities
    • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and updates
    • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in workflow automation and suggest innovative solutions
What you'll bring:
    • 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
    • Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Python; experience with Go is a plus
    • Expertise in working with PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases
    • Experience with workflow automation tools and concepts (e.g., Zapier, Airflow, or similar platforms)
    • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to optimize processes
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
    • Experience working in Agile environments and facilitating cross-team collaboration
We prefer you have:
    • Knowledge of business process management (BPM) principles
    • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools
    • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in process optimization
    • Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
