We are pleased to share the benefit options that we offer: Paid Time Off 401K Investment Referral Bonus Associate Development Plan Opportunities Internal Promotion Opportunities Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Benefits, FSA and HSA Account options available to Full-Time associates Associate Travel Program Discounts The Front Desk Supervisor oversees the front desk operation during the shift while ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check in, check out and attentive coordination of hotel services for the guest. A neat and clean appearance must be maintained at all times. Supervisory experience, ability to build high morale and group commitments to goals and objectives. Typing, computer aptitude, interpersonal skills. Problem solving, reasoning, and training abilities. Reading, writing mathematical abilities, including basic math. Physical requirements include speaking, listening, and moving about, usually while standing up for a significant portion of the workday. Duties to include, but not limited to: Same duties and skills as Front Desk Agent/Guest Services Representative. Responsible for all policies and procedures at the front desk as well as handouts and franchise club benefits. Supply the Front Desk Manager a bi-monthly inventory of guest supplies and office supplies (folios, registration cards, handouts, pens, paper clips, printer ribbons, etc.). Adhere to and insure all franchise standards are met by all Guest Service Reps. Coordinate with the Front Desk Manager and Supervisors the work schedule for the following week. Work closely with Front Desk Manager for future maximization of revenue, able to handle oversells, and to coordinate the same with the Manager On Duty, Sales (if a group is involved), and any other staff that is affected. Direct the operations of the front desk in the absence of the Front Office Manager. Coordinate with the Front Desk Manager the hands on training of all new GSR's in connection with the formalized training documents that are standards of the franchise training programs. Ensure complete customer satisfaction. This is a working position and hours must be flexible to meet the demands of the business. That includes weekends, nights, holidays etc.
