•Collaborate with hiring managers, program managers, and business development leads to understand job requirements and suggest effective recruiting strategies.
•Work with your team to identify and overcome roadblocks, following a strategic process for optimal candidate response rates.
•Utilize our applicant tracking system, ensuring high data integrity.
•Advocate for and embody our company culture.
•Anticipate challenges, leaning forward to recommend creative solutions.
