**Brief Job Summary:** The Housing Specialist provides outreach services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. This role involves direct client services and collaboration with community partners to help clients reduce barriers to achieving stable long-term housing.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess individual strengths and needs
  • Assist with housing search and placement
  • Help individuals access community resources
  • Provide ongoing support to participants in housing programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and community partners

**Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in case management or working with homeless individuals is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage.
