About your role as a Senior Living Sales Manager: At our The Ashford of Grove City building, you will partner with the Executive Director and RVP of Sales to create innovative sales and business development tactics that ultimately drive leads to the community. The objective of this role is to increase occupancy through executing on sales activities that drive calls, tours, and move-ins.

Specifics:
  • Flexibility is required. This position may work weekends.
  • This position includes a base salary, plus monthly incentive bonus based on move-in targets and occupancy levels.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Living Sales Manager on the team at The Ashford of Grove City:
  • Engage outside sales prospects and manage potential leads through CRM.
  • Conduct tours of the facility for all potential new residents and their families.
  • Develop and implement monthly sales plan.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and resident surveys.
  • Manage a computerized prospect database.
  • Develop, plan, and implement special sales functions.
  • Perform outreach with the local community.
  • Responsible for development and adherence to departmental budget.
  • Conduct interviews with potential residents and their families.
  • Serve as liaison between the community, residents, and their family members.
About You:
  • You have great customer service skills.
  • You enjoy building relationships, sales strategy and closing the sale.
You also have:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • Senior Living experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing senior housing communities helpful.
