Exterior: diagnose, repair, or replace building siding, soffit & fascia, gutters & downspouts, roof repair, decking, exterior lights, mailboxes, sidewalk repair, windows, doors, sewer line repair Electrical: Install, replace, maintain, or repair receptacles, light switches, light fixtures, washers/dryers, refrigerators, stoves, range hoods, and hot water heaters, etc. Plumbing: Install, replace, maintain, or repair toilets, tub/sink faucets, tub/sink drain lines, solder copper pipe, pex water lines, PVC/CPVC pipes, sewer lines, and hot water heaters, etc. Carpentry: Install, replace, maintain, or repair kitchen cabinets, ceramic tile, linoleum, carpet, interior/exterior doors, windows, doorknobs, and deadbolts, drywall patch & paint Landscaping & Snow Removal: mowing, pruning, weed control, leaf blowing and general landscaping; hand and/or equipment-aided snow removal and de-icing Requirements & Qualifications Driver's License ```{=html} ``` - Reliable vehicle ```{=html} ``` - Ability to lift materials greater than 50 pounds ```{=html} ``` - Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time ```{=html} ``` - Ability to climb ladders, roofs, and gutters ```{=html} ``` - Background Check and Drug Testing
