Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all areas according to established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
  • Follow infection control and universal precaution policies for a hygienic environment.
  • Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to fulfill daily tasks.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to perform routine and repetitive tasks continuously.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning products.
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform daily repetitive tasks.
  • Residency within the service area is required.
