Work You'll Do:

  • Conduct and oversee inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to the Operations Manager or Inventory Analyst before adjustments are made.

  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of inventory and inventory locations, adjusting as needed

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager or Inventory Analyst to perform inventory forecasting for future needs and replenishment, using tools that provide reorder recommendations based on sales trends, standard equipment creation, and product turnover.

  • Communicate and partner with the procurement team to address inventory quality issues, quantity discrepancies, or inaccurate items received in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with the Production Planning team to maximize production efficiencies.

  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at overall continuous improvement.

  • Assist Receiving in investigating and resolving discrepancies through procurement or planners.

  • Support the field return process/RMA process.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

  • 1-3 years of experience with inventory management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Must be able to regularly lift 20-35 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Desirable/Preferred:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.

  • Proficiency with MRP or office software systems preferred.
