About the Position:

We are seeking a Full-Time Building Superintendent to join our Home Office Team on-site in Pottsville, PA As a Building Superintendent, you will Identify and perform routine building and grounds maintenance and repairs, coordinate and schedule contracting services for building and ground maintenance (ie: pest control, boilers, etc.), maintain storage and warehouse areas, perform event setup, snow removal, assemble and relocation of office equipment and more.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 3+ years of building and property maintenance or associate trade.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve.
• Computer skills for systems and programs such as emails, ordering, and conducting internet repair research.
