Admissions, customer service & transport coordination.

Solaris HealthCare is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professionalConcierge Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The purpose of this position is to ensure the admissions process runs smoothly, help with scheduling and transporting residents to and from appointments as well as assisting on the floor when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities,including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide personalized, one-on-one care andsupport tailored to each patient's individual needs and preferences
  • Respond promptly to patient calls and requests,ensuring timely and efficient service
  • Assist with mobility and transport of patients,including turning, positioning, and transferring
  • Monitor and record vital signs, intake andoutput, and other patient data as directed by the nursing staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortableenvironment for patients by ensuring their rooms and common areas are tidy andwell-organized
  • Engage patients in recreational activities andsocial interaction to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families,and the healthcare team to provide updates and address concerns
  • Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, andprotocols, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and professionaldevelopment opportunities
  • Handle patient admissions, including completingnecessary paperwork, orienting patients to the facility, and addressing initialquestions and concerns
  • Coordinate transport services for patientswithin the facility, ensuring timely and safe transfers to various departmentsand appointments
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressingpatient and family inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a concierge or patient-focused role
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to patient care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and team members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
