Intrinsic Landscaping Ohio is hiring for the 2024 season  We are looking for an experienced hardscape installer to join our construction team.  We work on unique, complicated projects on buildings and at grade, and we don’t do any snow work. We are known for our attention to detail and ability to deliver high-end finishes for demanding clients. We enjoy what we do and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.  


Compensation & Benefits
  • Starting Salary: $25/hr 
  • Employment Category: Seasonal (Approximately March through November)
  • Paid time off
  • Paid holidays
Job Responsibilities 
  • Build and install retaining walls, pavements, patios, steps, walkways, plazas, etc.
  • Safely operate tools and equipment 
  • Follow written and verbal instructions from the crew leader and clients
  • Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles
  • Drive work vehicles to and from sites
  • Adhere to all safety precautions
  • Additional tasks, as required
Previous Experience    
  • 2+ years hardscape experience (required)
  • Must hold valid Driver’s License and have a clean driving record (required)
Skills & Qualifications
  • Skilled with pedestal set pavers and traditional sand set pavers
  • Lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing
  • Communicate effectively; Bilingual is a plus
  • Work well independently and with a team
