Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
About the job: At NNE we are offering an influential position with a broad area of responsibility and the opportunity to collaborate across all levels and areas of the organization. You will play a leading role in the ongoing development of the US organization and act as a sparring partner to the management team.
How you might spend your days:
- Provide financial updates and hold business areas accountable for performance and advise management on required interventions
- Supporting getting proposals generated as part of the resource manning to help department managers and project managers
- Provide monthly support to General Manager on Business Review reporting and presenting to corporate headquarters
- Partner with General Manager and department managers on critical decisions providing financial input and analysis
- Develop and drive strong finance processes for planning, budgeting, and target-setting
- Own and manage NNE's resource management system and report to department managers on a weekly basis
- Participate and provide input to a successful implementation of enterprise resource planning system in collaboration with teams in Denmark and India
- Conducts and supports ad hoc finance and accounting requests and assignments, as assigned
The miles you've walked:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- More than three (3) years of finance/financial planning experience preferably from a project-oriented or consultancy services organization
- Understanding of budgeting and forecasting
- Are a strong communicator and able to convey complex financial and business information in a comprehensive and convincing manner to non-finance professionals
- Are motivated by new and ambiguous assignments, and absorb new knowledge quickly
- Work independently and manage several internal and external stakeholders
- Apply a structured working approach and secure quality in the details while keeping the overview of deliverables
