Job Description

You will play a crucial role in ensuring a flawless dining experience for our members and guests. You will facilitate the flow of service between our culinary team and the front-of-house staff, coordinating the timing and delivery of food and beverages. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Chef and our culinary team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of dishes.
• Carefully inspecting each dish to ensure it meets our high standards of presentation and quality.
• Coordinating with servers to ensure smooth delivery of food and beverages to appropriate tables.
• Monitoring the pace of the dining room to maintain an optimal flow of service in conjunction with our Restaurant Manager.
• Assisting in back-of-house set up, including preparation of glassware, silverware, togowares, etc.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns or inquires.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Should be able to withstand long periods of time on your feet, and be able to easily lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Quality communication skills are vital. Basic Spanish comprehension would be beneficial.
• Flexible schedule availability, including most all weekends and holidays.
• Available to work overtime when requested due to high volume business demands.
• Should have a strong understanding of food knowledge, food safety, and hygiene practices.
• Previous experience in a similar position, or in fine dining establishments is preferred.
