You already love the Northwest. Why not love your career, too? Optum Washington is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy team of primary care providers at our Primary Care clinic located at our Bothell Clinic location in Bothell, WA.
Job summary:
This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice supporting patients from Bothell and its surrounding communities.
- We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package with productivity and quality incentives.
- Our sign-on and retention bonus package goes up to $100,000 for highly qualified physicians.
- Clinic is in the lively downtown Bothell area. There are nearby restaurants and businesses.
- Outpatient Primary Care: 18 - 22 patients day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits
- Ability to focus on a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population.
- Collegial group of Primary Care physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians
- Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week.
- Incredible location in the Bothell neighborhood with numerous medical specialties as well as Behavioral Health, Lab, and Imaging.
- Call is light and shared | Triage RN call
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Unrestricted WA Physician license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current BLS, ACLS certification required prior to start date
- EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred
- 2024 and 2025 Residents encouraged to apply

Washington Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salar y Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
