StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $-0.03 - $-0.05

This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

  • Schedule: 3 days in September
  • Job Setting: Dental Office
  • Patients per Day/Volume: 15-20
  • Types of Cases: : clinical procedures: fillings, Invisalign preferred, root canals, crown, bridge, dentures, wave one experience preferred.
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active STATE license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required
