About the Role:

We are excited to partner with a top healthcare provider in the region to find a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist. This pivotal role involves performing a range of diagnostic, therapeutic, and emergency procedures, all aimed at optimizing respiratory care and enhancing patient outcomes. You'll be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional care across a diverse patient population.

What You'll Do:
  • Administer treatments such as oxygen therapy, aerosol medication delivery, and bronchial hygiene techniques as prescribed.
  • Continuously monitor and assess patients' respiratory status, adjusting treatment plans based on vital signs, oxygen saturation, and blood gas levels.
  • Operate and manage mechanical ventilators and other life-support equipment, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to evaluate lung function and determine the extent of respiratory impairment.
  • Act swiftly in respiratory emergencies, providing resuscitative care, medication administration, and airway management.
What We're Looking For:
  • Certification / Licensure:
    • Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Colorado, or eligibility to obtain it by start date.
    • NBRC RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications are required.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist with exposure to a diverse patient population.
