Network Support Consultant

Work location: Prefer Massachusetts and New Hampshire but will consider Virginia, Florida, New York, Indianapolis, Ohio or New York. This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of our Elevance Health Pulse Point locations listed on the requisition.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday, normal business hours

The Network Support Consultant assists in various aspects of the health care delivery process, including contracting management, reimbursement modeling and relationship management for physicians, providers, facilities, and vendors.

How you will make an impact:

  • Ensures that the health care management's strategic initiatives are communicated to the accounts and they meet the account's needs in terms of access, cost, quality, network performance, and service.

  • Ensures that specific divisional targets for cost of care and provider satisfaction within the scope of the assigned program are achieved.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years healthcare experience in Provider Relations, Contracting, or other area of Health Care Management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Capabilities, Skills and Experiences:

  • WGS preferred.

  • SPS preferred.

  • MS Intermediate Excel skills preferred.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $62,916 to $94,374.
