Direct Support Professional I I - Residence Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Residence Manager you will become more than a caregiver for the People We Support. You are a beacon of empowerment, setting the example both in the home and in the community. You will assist the People We Support by creating a variety of meaningful connections, turning daily task into opportunities for growth and independence, while also providing support with personal care routines and medication administration , accompanying them on appointments, a nd collaborating on preparing delicious meals. Every day is a little different , but e very moment is a chance to make an impact.

Schedule/Hours

  • Various Part Time/Full Time Opportunities, such as:

  • Sun -Tue, Tue-Thu, Thu-Sat; Full Time

  • Weekends: Part Time

Qualifications

  • One year of experience working with people with disabilities is preferred

  • Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation

  • High school diploma or GED

PAY & PERKS:

  • Pay Rate: $1 8 .50/ hr

  • $1,000 New Hire Sign On Bonus within first year
